By commissioning me, this means that you agree and comply to the terms of service as stated below. Please read carefully before you proceed to submit an order form to me.
ORDERING
I DO NOT DRAW - Monsters, Creatures, Demons, Scary/Horror stuff, Animals (except dogs, cats & other pets), Nudes, Porn, Hentai, Mecha.
Please include as many details and references as possible when you are making your order. It is not my fault if the work does not turn out like how you wanted it to be without references.
You MUST provide references/pictures of the basic character look (hairstyle, outfit, skin tone, etc.)
Please DO NOT ask me to copy another artist's work. I will draw them in my own style and way. If you do not like the sketch, tell me what I can improve on/what you want so I can revise it for you.
RUSH ORDERS are available with an additional charge, let me know if you need it. Prices are subjected to completion days.
Please only order if you are able to wait as my openings usually book me for a few months.
PAYMENT
All prices listed are in USD.
Full payment must be in before I start the sketching process.
Slot allocation is based on a FIRST-PAID-FIRST-SERVED basis.
All payments will be made through PayPal by invoice.
If you have issues paying through PayPal, we can discuss for an alternative (Ko-Fi, etc.).
If you are a Singaporean, please let me know so we can transact through local platforms (PayNow/PayLah).
Discord Nitros and gift cards are NOT accepted.
WORK IN PROGRESS
Time to complete the commissioned work may range from 1 week to 3 working months depending on your slot allocation.
In cases where I may develop health/personal issues, I will let you know as it will delay the timeframe to complete the commissioned work.
A more complex commission will take longer to complete.
Please opt for 'Higher Priority Order' if you need the commissioned work to be finished in a shorter period of time.
Please DO NOT RUSH ME as I am drawing to the best I can without compromising the quality.
Rushed work is never good work.
REVISION POLICY
SKETCHING PHASE - You are ONLY allowed up to 2 requests to redraw the sketch completely to a different pose/emote. Minor revisions are unlimited for sketching phase, but please do not repeatedly reject my revised work and ask for the previous version.
COLORING PHASE - NO CHANGES TO ANY LINEART after approving them/once I begin coloring process.
COLORING PHASE - You are allowed to up to 4 requests for minor changes, STRICTLY NO LINEART REVISION.
NOTE: *Any additional revision requests are charged for USD$5 per request.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
All commissioned work produced by me are copyrighted by me.
All commissioned work produced by me MAY NOT be used for your personal profit.
All commissioned work produced by me are strictly for PERSONAL USES ONLY, unless you have purchased rights along with it.
I have all rights to use the commissioned work produced by me for marketing purposes, personal usages, and post it wherever I want.
If you would like to use the commissioned work for commercial purposes (merchandising, stickers, etc.), you must inform me and purchase FULL-RIGHTS.
You can claim the right of the character(s) in the commissioned work but not the artwork itself.
You may post the commissioned work anywhere you want, with proper credit given to me.
If you break the copyright infringement , I will blacklist you and withdraw the artwork.
CANCELING POLICY
I have all the rights to cancel the commission at any time with FULL REFUND.
You are not allowed to cancel the commission or demand a refund from me after payment has been received and your slot allocation has been confirmed.
If you have a reason to cancel the commission that is deemed valid by me, I will make a FULL refund.
You are allowed the cancel the commission only if you have not paid the invoice.
If you have cancelled before, I may choose to not work with you again.

GENERAL
When are you opening your commission?
I will usually announce on my Twitter when I am opening commissions so you may want to follow me there for the latest updates!
Do you provide other services?
I used to provide more but I would like to just work on what I love doing the most which is chibi illustration. Occasionally, I would accept the client's request to do simple panels/banners but it really depends on my availability as well.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
I currently don't offer any bulk discounts.
Do you accept Discord Nitro as a mode of payment?
Unfortunately, no! I already own Discord Nitro and would prefer payment in monetary forms. Please do not guilt trip me for not owning a credit card TT.
PERSONAL
Where are you from?
I'm from Singapore! Most of my customers are from the US so there is a time zone difference. I would appreciate it you could be extra patient when commissioning me.
What program do you use?
I use Clip Studio Paint to illustrate and Adobe Photoshop to edit.
What tablet do you use?
I'm currently using a HUION KAMVAS 22 Plus.
What canvas size do you draw on?
I draw on a 300px canvas for emotes and 512px canvas for emotes with full-rights. You can find the dimensions under 'Commission Prices'.
ETSY SHOP
Can I make a request?
I accept all feedbacks, suggestions and request for items in my Etsy Shop but there is no guarantee that I will I draw them. I would definitely prefer to draw those that I like more. Sometimes I am packed with other commission work as well.
I work at my own pace for P2U items so please stop rushing me to bring in new emotes TT I am trying my best!
Can I purchase a smaller quantity from your premade emotes set?
Yes, definitely! You can reach out to me through my DMs if you want to purchase a smaller quantity set OR if you are interested to mix & match certain emotes from different packs.
What will you release next?
Most of my plans are announced on my Twitter. You can also participate in polls that helps to decide for the shop's next item release.
Will you create more P2U subscriber badges?
It is definitely in my plan but I just need the time to do it.
